Cardinal Home was created for Utah homeowners who want to take care of their homes, without feeling overwhelmed by the cost and complexity of doing so.
We understand that homeownership is rewarding, but it can also be stressful. Small issues become expensive problems. Finding reliable contractors feels uncertain. And staying ahead of maintenance takes time most homeowners simply don’t have.

Meet The People Behind Cardinal Home
Cardinal Home is owned and operated locally in Utah County.
My name is Ethan Johnson, and I am the owner of Cardinal Home. I’ve spent the past 10 years working in the home service industry, and during that time, I began noticing something that didn’t sit right with me about the challenges homeowners face when caring for their homes.
Good homeowners and hardworking families in our community are often overpaying, being upsold, or left confused about what they actually need when it comes to home maintenance. Most of the time, it isn’t because they are careless. It’s because no one has ever shown them what to look for.
As a community member here in Northern Utah, I’ve seen the same pricing, the same pressure, and the same uncertainty that many homeowners feel when something breaks. I knew we could build something better.
That’s why I started Cardinal Home.
I feel driven to help homeowners feel confident instead of confused. With the right preventative maintenance, honest guidance, and trusted local contractors, you can avoid costly mistakes and take care of your home the smart way.
My fiancée, Mimi, and I are getting married this May, and as I prepare to build a home and a future of my own, this mission feels more meaningful than ever. I care deeply about helping families protect what is often their biggest investment.

Our Bigger Tables Initiative
At Cardinal Home, we believe success isn’t just about saving homeowners money, it’s about making our communities a better place to live.
That’s why we created the Bigger Tables Initiative.
For every subscription, we put aside 10% of all revenue to give back to the community. We do this through offering necessary home maintenance services to those who would otherwise not be able to have their home needs met.
